Are you a manufacture or trading company?

We are a factory based import and export company. Our factory has 30years experience in manufacturing decoration items for christmas, halloween, easter. Best selling products are nutcraker, carousel music box, advent calendar, wooden train, christmas tree, wooden LED light... We could make customized items. Where is your factory located, how can i visit there?

Our factory is located in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang province. Welcome your visit to us by take air to Taizhou Airport or by High speed train to Taizhou station or Taizhouxi station.

Do you need sample fee?

For sample, we will charge 2 times price, and the freight will be paid by customers.But don't worry, the sample fee will be returned back when customers place orders.

What is your lead time or delivery time?

Lead time will be variety for different items and in different season. For regular producing items in common season, lead time is 30days. For OEM or ODM products or in busy season, lead time will be from 60days to 90days to 120days.

What is your payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before container loading.

How about the quality warranty? If receiving damaged goods, how can we do?

We have strict control of quality from material to shipment. Raw material cut by machine, but most steps are made by hand. Handcraft items each have its unique apperance.
